What exactly is ArchiFlow?+
ArchiFlow is office-management software made specifically for interior design and architecture firms. It handles attendance and salary, kaam (work) allotment to staff, site visit updates with photos, drawing management with version history, and complete accounts (hisab) — all in one system that works on phone and desktop.
Do I need to give my credit card for the free trial?+
No. The 7-day trial is completely free and requires no card or payment. If you decide to continue after the trial, you subscribe at ₹590/month (₹500 + 18% GST) per office. If you don't, your trial access simply pauses — nothing is ever charged without your explicit payment.
How does billing work?+
Billing is monthly, per office — one subscription covers your entire team, with no per-user charges. The price is ₹500 + 18% GST = ₹590 per month. You pay securely online through Razorpay (cards, UPI, netbanking), and a GST invoice is emailed for every payment. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the month you have paid for.
What is your refund policy?+
The 7-day trial is free, so you can evaluate everything before paying anything. Once a monthly subscription is activated and paid for, that month's fee is non-refundable — including if you cancel mid-month. Billing errors (such as a duplicate charge) are always corrected with a full refund. The complete policy is in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Is my firm's data safe with ArchiFlow?+
Yes. Your data is hosted on secure Google Cloud infrastructure with access restricted to your own office's staff. We never sell your data, and you can export it at any time — including during the trial. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
